Write to us and a person on the Cartesian team will answer, usually within two business days (Singapore time).
What to include
- The email address you sign in with.
- The name of the creation, and roughly when you made it.
- What you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- For a payment question: the date and amount of the top-up, or the receipt email from Stripe.
Never send card numbers or passwords. We will never ask for them.
Wallet and payments
Cartesian uses a prepaid wallet in US dollars. You review the maximum price before each job, and only work that is carried out is charged. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, not to us. Stripe emails a receipt for every top-up.

Your account
Cartesian is in invited early access. If you have lost access to your authenticator app or cannot sign in, write to us from the email address on your account and we will help you recover it.
